Technical Support Specialist – NYC
We are a small company of smart, dedicated professionals in the heart of Manhattan and are seeking someone to provide onsite user support for computer, telephone, and audio-visual to our high-value client. This is a full-time, W2 position with company benefits that offers a satisfying and balanced work experience, combined with an opportunity to grow your skills and income.
What You Will Be Doing
- Set up workstations (monitors, keyboards, mice, phone, etc.)
- Erase and reinstall OS on laptops
- Set up VoIP phones and reassign them
- Prepare meeting rooms daily
- Troubleshoot meeting rooms for technical issues
- White glove support for Windows 10 and Mac environments
- Basic networking knowledge (cables, switches, routers)
- Utilize End-Point Management (MDM) solutions (JAMF, Intune, Ivanti)
- Provide audio/video support for both remote and in-office events
What You Need to Know
- Windows 10 desktop and laptop environments
- MacOS desktop and laptop environments
- Administering VoIP telephony
- End-point solutions (especially JAMF, Intune, and Ivanti)
- Zoom, Blue Jeans, and Teams and troubleshooting relevant issues
- Erasing and reinstalling laptop’s OS & Apps
- Setting up workstations
- Service Now ticketing system

Compensation
- $75,000 guaranteed annual income
- Hourly bonus every pay period
